Job Title: Contract and Commercial Manager

Are you a seasoned commercial professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for contract management and a keen eye for detail? We're seeking an experienced Contract and Commercial Manager to join our team at RM Education.

About the Role

The Contract and Commercial Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Business Growth team in all matters of contract and commercial management. This includes centrally managing the life cycle of RM client contracts to support client retention, providing commercial and contract support to existing clients, and overseeing the P&L of all accounts outside of the strategic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the life cycle of RM client contracts to support client retention
  • Provide commercial and contract support to existing clients
  • Oversee the P&L of all accounts outside of the strategic portfolio
  • Support the bid management process and provide commercial challenge and rigor as part of the solution design
  • Lead commercial negotiations at all levels within the customer organisation for existing contracts and new non-enterprise customers
  • Lead the governance process within RM for the customer solution and commercials to achieve full alignment and sign off from the Senior Leadership Team
  • Central owner of the Contract Obligation tracker for all new contracts
Requirements
  • Commercial experience of leading and successfully completing contract negotiations
  • Outstanding track record in building and maintaining strong, trusting customer relationships
  • Proven experience of working with Senior Leadership teams to manage expectations and drive positive outcomes in complex commercial programmes
