SEND Teaching Assistant Role

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and caring SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and education of children in early years settings, working closely with the class teacher and other staff members.
Job Description:
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
- Support the class teacher in observing and assessing children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being of all children.
Requirements:
- A Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting is essential.
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework is necessary.
- An Enhanced DBS check is required, or you must be willing to obtain one.
