Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated primary teacher to join our team in Kingston Upon Thames. As a member of our supportive environment, the successful candidate will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children.

The ideal candidate will take on full class responsibility from January to September, with most of the planning already in place. PPA time and support will be allocated to ensure a smooth transition.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Reception curriculum.
  • Track student progress and provide targeted support to meet individual needs.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom behaviour effectively.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and the community to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching in a UK primary school, preferably with Reception.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding and knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
  • Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire confidence and motivation in students.
  • Show a commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children's learning and growth.
  • Be available for full-time work.
Salary and Benefits:
