Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Operational Support Specialist to join our dynamic operational support department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our ERP data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain charge and pay rates within the system
- Manage People We Support new starter, alteration, credit notes, and leaver forms
- Liaise with our Contracts Team to create system contract records, including rates and processing rules for framework contracts
- Communicate relevant system contract references to Operations to streamline client setup
- Investigate and resolve finance and invoice queries
- Deactivate and archive old data to ensure current rates are in use
- Comply with agreed SLA for create users and changes
- Provide system reporting and data analysis
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of Colharbour (not essential)
