Operational Support Role

Voyage Care is seeking an experienced Operational Support Specialist to join our dynamic operational support department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our ERP data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain charge and pay rates within the system
  • Manage People We Support new starter, alteration, credit notes, and leaver forms
  • Liaise with our Contracts Team to create system contract records, including rates and processing rules for framework contracts
  • Communicate relevant system contract references to Operations to streamline client setup
  • Investigate and resolve finance and invoice queries
  • Deactivate and archive old data to ensure current rates are in use
  • Comply with agreed SLA for create users and changes
  • Provide system reporting and data analysis

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of Colharbour (not essential)
