Position Overview:

  • Formulate and implement regional sector strategies that align with the overarching national employer engagement framework.
  • Collect and utilize market intelligence from essential partners to refine strategies and bolster the Labor Market Information (LMI) role.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key employers to establish ourselves as their preferred recruitment collaborator.
  • Oversee the employment opportunity pipeline and recruitment initiatives with efficiency.
  • Work in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Recruitment, Client Management, and Business Development.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and cultivating robust employer relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor markets, recruitment trends, and the ability to foresee opportunities.
  • Skilled in generating labor market analytics and responding to large-scale opportunities.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrated history of effective planning and timely execution.
  • Strong communication and influencing abilities, adaptable to various communication styles.
  • Collaborative team player with a flexible and positive work attitude.
  • Experience in employability or related service sectors is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within a specified geographic area.
