**Job Summary:

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our team at Velocity Recruitment in Stafford. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency of our industrial operations, ensuring maximum productivity while minimizing downtime.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Optimization: Implement maintenance plans, optimize equipment performance, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and improve quality control processes to meet industry standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, environmental policies, and quality standards.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication skills.

**Salary:** £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
