Job Title: Transport Co-ordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Co-ordinator to join our team at Heathrow Personnel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating UK and EU transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement transport plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Manage and coordinate with drivers and transport providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods
  • Monitor and analyze transport data to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of transport operations with other business functions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in transport planning and coordination, preferably in the UK and EU road freight industry
  • Strong understanding of transport legislation and regulations, including drivers' hours and safety standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
