About the Role

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Activities Coordinator to create a stimulating environment for residents at one of our care homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop imaginative activities programmes that cater to every interest and ability of our residents
  • Foster strong relationships with residents and their families to deliver tailored activities focused on wellbeing, independence, and social engagement
  • Collaborate with staff to plan and deliver activities both within the home and in the local community

About You

We are looking for a warm, empathetic, and personable individual who can bring a creative approach to this role. Your organisational skills and driven mindset will enable you to make things happen and get tasks completed efficiently.

Requirements:
