At Keepmoat Homes, we're seeking a highly skilled Technical Programme Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the construction/development industry.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Technical Manager and be responsible for liaising with other departments on technical matters. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage technical packages for planning and submissions.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction/development industry, with up-to-date knowledge of building legislation. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge of architectural and engineering functions, as well as experience with Partnership agreements.

We're offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a company car or car allowance. We also offer a range of benefits, including education and training opportunities.

Key requirements include:

  • HNC / HND / Degree in Building, Civil Engineering or Architectural design.
