- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and services, meeting the needs of our residents.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent in management in this sector.
- Previous experience of promoting the welfare of older or vulnerable people and managing a team.
- Warm, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual who cares deeply about championing the rights and wellbeing of older people.
