Red Kite Waste is a market-leading organisation in the confidential waste management and recycling sector. We provide confidential waste management, secure document destruction, general waste management, and recycling services.

Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Bid Writer to prepare winning proposals for the destruction of confidential waste management and secure document destruction. The successful candidate will work with prospective clients through to contract engagement, pitching to board members within various industries, including financial services, public sector, and other white-collar industries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare winning proposals for confidential waste management and secure document destruction.
  2. Work with prospective clients to develop and pitch proposals.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of bid/tender success, ideally within the waste, FM, or other service-led industries. You will be a strong communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills.
