Senior Property Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 10 years post-qualification surveying experience in a property management discipline. You must be able to demonstrate that you have provided or managed the delivery of asset valuations for accounting purposes, and have current knowledge of CIPFA rules.
As a highly skilled surveyor, you will have provided high-level technical advice to clients on the acquisition and disposal of both freehold and leasehold assets, and will have experience of selling land for development.
You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners.
