Retail Shift Leader Job Description

As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites. The shifts lengths vary, and we require flexible availability, with occasional travel to different client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams to deliver stock taking services
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards
  • Monitor and improve team productivity

Requirements:

  • A Full Driving License
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
