Retail Shift Leader Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Shift Leader to join our team. As a Retail Shift Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of stock counters and delivering the end-to-end stock taking service on our client's sites.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in stock management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to travel to different client sites each day, and occasional overnight stays may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of stock counters to ensure accurate and efficient stock taking
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
  • Monitor and improve team productivity
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed

Requirements:

  • Full driving license
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • Ability to remain focused under pressure
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
