Job Title: Principal C&I Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Control & Instrumentation Engineer to join our successful team based in Manchester. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical input for projects and/or proposals, including preparation, checking, and/or approval of engineering documentation.

The successful candidate will have a degree in electrical engineering or a suitable equivalent, with at least 15 years' experience within the Energy Sector (Oil & Gas). You will have good knowledge of design working practices and installation requirements within electrical engineering.

As a hybrid role, you will spend at least 3 days in our Manchester Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a career-enhancing project where you will be a welcomed member of the wider team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical input for projects and/or proposals, including preparation, checking, and/or approval of engineering documentation.
  • Lead the instrument discipline team and ensure that all engineering documentation meets the required standards.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly coordinated.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
