Our Nursery is part of a reputable childcare group, offering a 92 place setting designed to spark curiosity and imagination. Each room is filled with handpicked resources to encourage self-directed play and discovery, as well as a love for the outdoors. Children have access to outdoor space and regularly take trips to local green spots to enjoy fun in the fresh air. We offer our team great training opportunities and support, excellent facilities, and the satisfaction of delivering truly outstanding care for children.
Key Responsibilities- Support all teams within the Nursery, working alongside the Manager.
- Work alongside the manager in the day-to-day operations of the Nursery.
- Ensure that all teams are providing stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor always.
- Lead and support your teams, together with supporting their training needs to ensure best practice always.
- Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS Curriculum and Ofsted are met.
- Qualified level 3 or above, with at least 4 years experience of working in a Nursery and at least 2 years experience of a leadership similar role.
