Commercial Development Lead

Do you have a passion for innovation and brand strategy? We are seeking a Commercial Development Lead to join our Global Client Partner team at MMR Research Worldwide LTD. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with account leads to develop and execute strategic plans to grow global accounts.
About the RoleThis role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and experience in account development, research, and commercial growth. You will need to be able to identify opportunities, create compelling value propositions, and work collaboratively with internal teams to execute tactics and uncover growth opportunities.
You will also be responsible for nominating subject matter experts to lead globally on key areas of knowledge and execution, ensuring consistency across the account. Your ability to work independently and part of a team, and adapt to changing circumstances, will be essential in driving delivery quality and ensuring key stakeholders are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow global accounts
- Nominate subject matter experts to lead globally on key areas of knowledge and execution
- Drive delivery quality and ensure key stakeholders are satisfied
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute tactics and uncover growth opportunities
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a benefits package that includes flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
