Clinical Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to join our team at Everpool. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in case management and catastrophic injury rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective case management strategies to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support to patients with catastrophic injuries.
  • Manage and coordinate rehabilitation services to promote patient recovery and independence.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in case management and catastrophic injury rehabilitation.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective case management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
