Clinical Director Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to join our team at Buttercross Veterinary Centre. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading our clinical team and driving the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About Us

We are a small animal, general practice with three sites, including our main site in East Bridgford, a brand new purpose-built facility with separate dog and cat waiting areas. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the clinical team and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement business plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
