We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Director to join our team at Buttercross Veterinary Centre in East Bridgford. As a Clinical Director, you will play a key role in leading our clinical team and driving the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the clinical team at Buttercross Veterinary Centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and excellent clinical outcomes.
- Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive the growth and development of the practice.
- Collaborate with the practice management team to ensure the smooth operation of the practice and the delivery of excellent patient care.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the veterinary team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Contribute to the development of the practice's clinical policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's values and vision.
- A competitive salary of up to £80k per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.

- RCVS or VDS registered veterinary surgeon.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
