A leading Service Provider in the Communications and Connectivity space is seeking a Product Manager to join their team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy and roadmap for our Communications suite, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the Communications suite.
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from presales to launch and aftersales.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing product decisions and strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with presales, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Management, Presales, or Communications/UCaaS/Voice Consultancy roles, preferably in the Telecoms/Connectivity/Communications space.
  • Skills: Strong technical understanding of Communications/Voice solutions (VOIP, UCaaS/Unified Communications, etc.) and experience working across these solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or Computer Science.
