About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of nurses and support workers
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement
  • Act as a mentor and preceptor to junior staff members

Requirements

  • Current NMC Pin registration with at least 4 years' experience in a similar environment
  • A legal right to work in the UK
  • Evidence of continuous personal and professional development
  • Passionate about providing high-quality care and the Patient and Carer Experience
