Key Responsibilities
- Lead class groups in all aspects of the curriculum as part of a specialist team
- Prepare and deliver inspirational and creative lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Deliver highly effective teaching, learning, and assessment, making a broader positive contribution to school life
- Promote a love of learning and enable our pupils to make progress towards positive academic and EHCP outcomes
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status in the UK
- Passion for helping children and young people reach their full potential
- Experience working with SEN learners between the ages of 5-19
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Ability to think creatively and engage positively with learners with a broad range of complex needs
