About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1-1 support to children with additional needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a solid understanding of SEN, alongside a strong desire to help students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with SEN children, providing tailored 1-1 support.
  • Help students overcome challenges and build confidence in their abilities.
  • Support learning activities and ensure an inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student development.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, ideally within an SEN setting.
  • Solid understanding of special educational needs and the ability to adapt to individual learning styles.
  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
  • A genuine desire to help children and young adults with additional needs achieve their full potential.
  • Must be able to drive due to the location and requirements of the role.
