Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Vivify Venues.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless facility operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering world-class experiences for our hirers, ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group to enjoy their visits. You will also undertake light cleaning duties, maintain the security and safety of our school premises, and complete health and safety checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To deliver a world-class experience for our hirers.
  • To ensure all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group.
