About the Role:

The Department Manager - Womenswear Lead will be responsible for leading the womenswear department at Selfridges, driving sales growth and improving customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing a team of sales associates, developing business strategies, and maintaining high standards of store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and stock management
  • Collaborate with concession partners to drive sales and improve relationships
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leadership and sales management in a retail environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
