About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Advisor to join our team at ZIGUP. As a Learning Advisor, you will play a crucial role in designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning and development programmes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging learning programmes that enhance employee performance and drive retention.
  • Collaborate with management and HR/L&D teams to drive performance and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training material across various disciplines and levels, including soft skills and systems training.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees to support their learning and development needs.
  • Contribute to the development of a learning culture within the organization.
