Job Title: Specialist Learning Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Learning Coach to join our team at Windsor Forest College Group. As a Specialist Learning Coach, you will play a vital role in enabling students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Difficulties to access the level 3 6th Form curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a planned program of academic learning support and interventions to ensure students with SEND access the curriculum.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide targeted support and guidance to students.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience of working with students with SEND.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
