Specialist Learning Coach 6th Form

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Learning Coach to join our team at Windsor Forest College Group. The successful candidate will work with students with a range of Special Educational Needs and Difficulties to access the level 3 6th Form curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a planned program of academic learning support and interventions for students with Special Educational Needs and Difficulties.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive the best possible support.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of working with students with Special Educational Needs and Difficulties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
