Primera Healthcare is seeking dedicated Patient Advocates to join our team in Hereford, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and support. As a Patient Advocate, you will work closely with our clinical team to identify and address the needs of our patients and their families.

The salary for this role is £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, and we offer a range of benefits, including:
