Job Title: Ecommerce Key Account Manager
Job Summary:
MacGregor Black is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client's commercial team, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and developing a portfolio of brands and their top listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Planning: You will own an account/category within SDA or CW and will be responsible for quarterly commercial planning cycles.
- Data Analysis: Using all the data available, you will need to keep the business informed on the projected performance, support the Channel Controller to measure actuals vs. plan (gross/net revenue, share, sell out), and react and adapt accordingly to ensure targets are achieved.
- Strategic Objectives: Using a data-driven approach, you will draw insight and make recommendations to internal team members to drive account performance and implement various strategic objectives.
- Conversion Optimization: Continual UX adjustments/AB testing to drive conversion – we're looking for someone who can really 'think big'
- Sales Operations: Support with forecasting using an internal management plan to deliver what is previously agreed with our Partner.
- Supply Chain: Delivery of internal management plan.
- Commercial Finance: Management of commercial agreement submissions and commercial agreement actualisation.
- Accounts Receivable: Support the team to safeguard and coordinate the finance claims processes.
Requirements:
- Amazon Account Management Experience: Essential.
- Consumer Electronics or Housewares Experience: Preferred but not essential.
- High-Level Analytical Skills: Ability to share insights and lessons.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Abilities: In a fast-paced environment.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Able to navigate ambiguity.
- Financial Acumen: Good understanding of P&L management necessary.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and lead external solid customer and internal cross-functional relationships.
- E-commerce and Digital Marketing Trends: Familiarity with e-commerce and digital marketing trends.
