About the Role

Sofitel London Heathrow is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel and its facilities are maintained to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the building and its facilities to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Complete day-to-day maintenance requests and ensure all fixtures and fittings are in perfect working condition.
  • Perform regular machinery testing and maintenance on hotel equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and respond to changes in job priorities at short notice.
  • Flexible approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Positive and proactive manner.
  • Plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills are a real advantage.
  • 4-star hotel experience in a similar role is a plus.
