About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Sofitel London Heathrow. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel and its facilities are maintained to the highest standard, without compromising the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the building to the highest standard, without compromising the guest experience.
  • Complete day-to-day maintenance requests.
  • Ensure that all fixtures and fittings are maintained in perfect working condition and any defects are corrected promptly.
  • Complete regular machinery testing and maintenance on the hotel machines and equipment.
  • Responding to maintenance emergency calls from all departments.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good at multi-tasking and being able to respond to changes in job priorities at short notice.
  • Flexible approach, remaining calm under pressure and working hard to avoid disrupting our guests.
  • You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
  • Most of all, you will have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
  • Plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills are a real advantage.
  • 4-star hotel experience in a similar role a plus.
