Job Overview

Academics is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Delivery: Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain effective classroom management to ensure students receive a high-quality educational experience.
  • Student Supervision: Supervise students during lessons and activities, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Classroom Environment: Maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment, promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members to ensure seamless lesson delivery and student support.

Requirements:

  • Education: A degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or in education is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
