About the Role

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Front of House Team as a Bar and Waiting Team Member. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure that every guest leaves happy
  • Work closely with the management team and other staff members to achieve our high standards
  • Be adaptable and flexible, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Take ownership of your shifts and ensure that everything runs smoothly
