Grounds Maintenance Operative - Team Lead

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our facilities to the highest standard.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain the grounds of our facilities, including lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas
* Ensure all areas are clean and tidy, and that all equipment is in good working order
* Supervise and train a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives
* Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standard
* Collaborate with other teams to ensure a high-quality service is provided

**Requirements**

* Physical fitness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Full valid UK Driving License
* Horticultural Qualification Level 2 or above
* Willingness to learn and open to training
* Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service
