Grounds Maintenance Operative - Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance operatives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance operatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality grounds maintenance services
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure they are in good working order
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Full valid UK driving license
  • Horticultural qualification level 2 or above
  • Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service
  • Willingness to learn and open to training
