Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of trains, adhering to all relevant rules and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the train crew to ensure a smooth and efficient journey for passengers.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and report any issues or concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Highly disciplined and able to work within rules and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
