Join Our Team as a Director of Partner Operations

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Director of Partner Operations to join our team at Taptap Send. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the reconciliation of partner payments and balances, analyzing data to identify trends and anomalies, and working closely with our Treasury, Finance, and regional teams to meet deadlines and report discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile partner payments and balances to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Analyze data using Excel, SQL, and other tools to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Work closely with our Treasury, Finance, and regional teams to meet deadlines and report discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our partners to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
