Our Partner Program plays a key role in driving our growth through a diverse global network of direct and indirect partners. As the Director of Partner Operations, you'll be instrumental in shaping and governing this program for long-term success.


Lead Program Governance:
Oversee the Global Partner Program's governance structure, ensuring compliance with program policies, certifications, tiering, and contractual agreements across our partner ecosystem. This includes establishing robust compliance frameworks to mitigate risks related to partner performance, legal obligations, pricing, and contract management, ensuring alignment with Sitecore's global standards.

Implement Operational Frameworks:
Design, execute, and optimize the operational processes that support partner onboarding, management, and performance tracking, ensuring scalability across global regions. This includes defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for both direct and indirect partners, leveraging data to identify opportunities for improvement and scalability.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and regional teams to ensure the operational execution of the partner strategy, adapting global policies for local markets without compromising governance standards.

Direct Line Management of both offshore and onshore operations teams. Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms, with a focus on automation, operational efficiency, and scaling programs. Proven track record of governing partner programs, including operational process design, program compliance, and performance monitoring. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and interpret performance metrics to drive decision-making and program improvements. Great team and company culture.
