About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our team at DigX, working with one of our prestigious clients in the accountancy sector.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in consultancy, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage complex project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage large-scale integration projects within the accountancy sector.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  3. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
  4. Manage project resources effectively, ensuring the right skills are applied to the right tasks at the right time.
  5. Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in programme management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
