Job Title: Senior Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a high standard of care for our customers in various settings, including residential homes, nursing homes, hospitals, and specialist units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with personal care tasks, including dressing, meal support, and personal hygiene needs.
  • Support customers to maintain their dignity and independence, taking into account their care needs and personal preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 months' experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant within the last 5 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly compassionate and empathetic nature, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care services.
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (or above) or equivalent qualification.
  • Enhanced DBS Check and driving license (desirable).
