About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team at Acosta Europe. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our partner's products to grocery retailers, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize brand awareness and communicate new product opportunities to retailers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department and store managers
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained and identify opportunities to increase brand visibility through in-store merchandising
  • Implement promotional activities and ensure products are displayed in the correct location with good availability
  • Provide insightful market intelligence feedback to support continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in FMCG, retail, or sales environment
  • Passion for the brands we market and drive to succeed
  • Ability to lift, carry, and merchandise cases of spirits
  • Full driving license and own vehicle
  • Business travel insurance and ability to travel within a defined territory
