Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as managing finances, paying bills, medication management, shopping, and household tasks.
- Facilitate social integration by encouraging participation in community activities and fostering meaningful relationships.
- Work collaboratively with social workers and mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals navigating mental health challenges.
