We are currently seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join our team at Proprec. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and leaseholders.


As a Property Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer services, managing contractors logs and staff attendance, and producing notices and letters.


Key responsibilities include:
