About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Accurately process customer orders, manage finance applications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and provide a 5-star customer experience.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ScS products and services, providing expert advice to customers.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary between £21,280 - £24,980, with a realistic OTE of £30K per year.
  • A guaranteed commission of £400 per month in the first three months, with opportunities to earn up to £800 - £1200 per month.
