About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS, one of the UK's leading sofa specialists. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a 5-star customer experience, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and providing expert advice on our range of home furnishings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
  • Accurately process customer orders and finance applications, ensuring seamless transactions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and store appearance
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, ensuring you can provide expert advice to customers
What We Offer
  • A competitive basic salary between £21,280 - £24,980, with a realistic OTE of £30K per year
  • Guaranteed commission of £400 per month in your first three months, with opportunities to earn up to £800 - £1200 per month
