About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at ScS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience and ensuring their needs are met
  • Accurately process customer orders, manage finance applications, and maintain accurate records
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ScS products and services, staying up-to-date on promotions and offers

  • A competitive basic salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £30,000 per year through commission
  • A guaranteed commission of £400 per month in the first three months

Requirements
  • A sales-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
  • A real people person, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work shift patterns, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
