Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work closely with our schools' Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCOs). As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, both inside and outside the classroom. Your responsibilities will include assisting classroom teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations for students with SEN, fostering a supportive learning environment, and collaborating with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to monitor student progress.
