Administrative/Operation Assistant

Location: London (on-site)

Part-time: Tuesday to Thursday

Salary: Up to £22K (DOE)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Operation Assistant to join our dynamic team at SAVVY MEDIA & DIGITAL RECRUITMENT. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

  • Prepare reports and materials to support the operations team
  • Oversee assets and equipment, and coordinate meeting room arrangements
  • Collaborate closely with the building team to manage building access
  • Assist in onboarding new staff and setting up accounts
  • Support accounting processes, including invoicing, expense reconciliation, and tracking outstanding payments
  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including supplier management and procurement

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Office, email, calendar management
  • Advanced Excel skills and proven experience with bookkeeping software like Xero (or similar)
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability
  • Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Experience in HR processes and legal documentation (preferred)
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and international standards (preferred)
